Product Overview

In addition to offering fitness, recreation, multi-family, homogeneous, and slip-resistant surfaces, SFR offers another collection of surfaces that is arguably the most critical: acoustic underlayment. Known as SFR Sound Reducer, this collection of products is critical, because these products insulate sound and vibration.

SFR Sound Reducer is engineered for use directly under most floor finishes, yielding exceptional impact sound insulation results.

Also available with a waterproof membrane, Sound Reducer can be installed under most types of grouted, glued, and floating floors, including hard tile, hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, LVT, and carpet.
